Thank you for supporting Pacific Borne Jewelry. Every piece is handcrafted with care on Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi, and we take pride in ensuring your order arrives safely.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During collection launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Hawaiʻi: 2–5 business days
  • U.S. Mainland: 3–7 business days
  • International: 1–4 weeks (delivery times vary by destination)

Please note that shipping estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their country. These fees are not included in your purchase or shipping cost.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped, Pacific Borne Jewelry is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need additional assistance, don't hesitate to reach out—we're happy to help however we can.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
